Purpose. Your privacy is important to InHub LLC (“Company,” “we” or “us”) and we are committed to protecting your personal and business information. We are a trusted source within the investment community responsible for hosting sensitive information of our users. Safeguarding and protecting your privacy is our highest priority.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share information about you through the U.S. online interfaces (e.g., websites) that we own and control, including theinhub.com and app.theinhub.com (collectively referred to herein as the “Site”). Scope; Third Party Sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect at and through the Site. Our Site may also contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by Company. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal information.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

Information We Collect For Initiators. Company, through the Site, offers an electronic platform (the “Application”) to accommodate the creation, submission, collection and evaluation of requests for proposal and other recurring questionnaires (collectively, “Requests”) by entities (each, an “Initiator”) for response by third parties designated by the Initiator (each, a “Respondent”). The Application is designed to make it simple for the institutional investment community to request and share data for the purposes of ongoing monitoring, due diligence, evaluation and/or hiring.

If you are a Respondent, we will collect all data and other information that you submit via the Application in response to a Request (all such information “Response Data”) and then submit such Response Data to the Initiator who requested it. The content of such Response Data is dependent upon what questions an Initiator chooses to include in a Request, and what information a Respondent chooses to include in its responses thereto, and may commonly include, but is not limited to:

We do not control the contents of any Response Data or the uses thereof by any Initiator. So, if you are a Respondent, please consider carefully what information you choose to share with Initiators via the Application. If you have any questions about an Initiator’s privacy practices, including regarding how an Initiator intends to utilize your Response Data, please contact the applicable Initiator directly. If at any time you have knowledge or suspect that an Initiator or any other Site user is misusing information collected and/or transmitted via the Application, including Response Data, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

Except to the extent described above and in Section 3 below, we will not share, sell or otherwise publicly disclose your Response Data with advertisers or any other third parties. Period.

Other Information You Provide To Us. We collect information you provide to us on our Site through other various means, including, for example, when you register at the Site and/or create an online account, purchase services from us, request information from us, contact customer support or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include:

Information We Collect Automatically. When you use the Site, we may collect some information automatically, such as your location, IP address, unique device identifiers, the site from which you navigated to our Site, the time and date of your use of the Site, the pages on the Site that you view, information from persistent and session cookies, and information relating to how the Site functions. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information. By collecting this information, we get a better understanding of our users’ needs and what services we can develop to meet those needs. All the information we gather helps us understand user preferences so we can continually improve your online experience with us. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) to collect certain information relating to your use of the Site. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the Site analyze how users use the Site. Information Collected Through Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our service providers use cookies and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Site through your computer or mobile device. A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. When you visit the Site again, the cookie allows the Site to recognize your browser. Cookies may store unique identifiers, user preferences and other information. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Site features or services may not function properly without cookies. We may use cookies to improve the quality of our service, including for storing user preferences, tracking user trends.

No Information from Children Under Age 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register with us at this Site or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information. 3. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

To Provide Services and Information. We collect information from you in order to provide services that you purchase or otherwise use in connection with the Site; provide information to you about Company and its services; register and service your online account; provide information that you request from us; send you newsletters, promotional materials or advertisements about our products and services, as well as new features and offerings; and administer surveys.

Sharing With Third Parties. As described in Section 2 above, in connection with use of the Application and our services, we will share inquiries included in any Requests with all applicable Respondents as we are directed to by Initiators. When a Respondent answers a Request, we will submit all Response Data included therein with the applicable Initiator.

Additionally, we may use third parties to help host our Site, send out email updates about the Site, provide marketing and advertising services for us, remove repetitive information from our user lists, and process payments. These service providers may have access to your information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.

InHub Marketing Materials & Client Lists. InHub may use general information such as clients’ company name, company logo, and account size in marketing materials, the Site, and representative client lists, but we will only publicly disclose information identifying clients of the Company when we have such clients’ prior consent to do so.

Aggregated and De-Identified Data. From time to time we may collect general information about Site users and their interactions with the Site and Company’s services on an aggregate basis which is not personally identifiable to you or any other Site user. Such information may include general, non-user specific trends within the institutional investment community. We may disclose and/or sell such information publicly and/or to third parties. We may also use this such information for our own business purposes, including to improve the Application and/or develop new services. For the avoidance of doubt, no such information that we disclose or sell in this manner will identify a specific Site user.

Your Consent. In addition to the sharing described elsewhere in this Policy, we will share your information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of the Company when we have your consent to do so.

Legal Proceedings. We may share your information with third party companies, organizations or individuals outside of Company if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control. If the ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes or we otherwise transfer assets relating to our business or the Site to a third party, such as by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy proceeding or otherwise, we may transfer or sell your information to the new owner. In such a case, unless permitted otherwise by applicable law, your information would remain subject to the promises made in the applicable privacy policy unless you agree differently.

4. ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CHOICES

You can access and update certain information we have relating to your online account by signing into your account and going to the “Settings” section of the Application. You can close your online account by contacting us at [email protected]. If you close your account, we may retain a copy of all information related to your account for as long as we deem necessary to provide our services and/or for archival purposes.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Our security team regularly reviews and upgrades the Site’s security features. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. 6. CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF DATA IN THE UNITED STATES

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or other jurisdiction outside of the U.S., in order to provide our Site and services to you, we may send and store your personal information (also commonly referred to as personal data) outside of the EEA, including to the United States. Accordingly, your personal information may be transferred outside of the country where you reside or are located, including to countries that may not or do not provide the same level of protection for your personal information. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information when it is transferred.
